Before applying I need your help on following issues
1- My spouse is Master degree holder but I have currently bank balance enough for Applicant only. So I am applying as single candidate only. I will need 14 points from IELTS test to qualify for 67 points.
I will take IELTS test after sending application. If my application is recommended for further processing by CIO but I get less than 14 points in IELTS then what can I do to claim for spouse numbers 4 of her master degree
Can I include my spouse at a later point (after CIO 's decision of further processing) by paying my family 's application fee and increasing my bank balance required for my family by borrowing money and then contacting to my country 's canadian visa office
2- If I only send application fee and indicate in application that my family will not accompany me then can CIO return my fee for payment of my family application fee also
