ako tourist ako nung nagstart ako ng application i was in canada nung nag start kame (umuwi lang ako kase may naiwan pa ko na gamit and umiiwas ako sa winter haha) actually pwede naman yun eh ayun lang baka mahirapan sya kumuha ng tourist visa kase baka d na sya bumalik if ever refused sya "if ever refused" ha?kaya need nyo ng proof na may ties sya sa pinas kase d pa naman sya immigrant eh.. pag nagrant ng tourist visa then asa canada sya pwede naman nya i mail ung passport sa pinas then mag attach lang ng letter na asa canada sya tapos IF EVER may visa na sya ibabalik ung passport sa knaya dba asa Canada sya so need nya mag exit kase outland sya gagawin lang nya punta sya ng border like sa us then sabihin lang nya na mag exit sya and need nya mag land ganun ginagawa ng mga nag apply sa buffalo "u turn" tawag namen dun hehe tapos nun ok na hehe nagets mo ba o magulo ko magexplain? hehe

Malinaw na malinaw ang explanation...hehe. Salamat. Pero para makaexit sya ng buffalo kailangan ba nya U.S. visa o hangang duon lng sya sa border after matatakan e balik na sya? OO nga yung kung maapprove as tourist ang mahirap kc kailangan proof ng finances and properties. Nagpadala ako ng letter of invitation sa kanya at sinasabi din dun na anuman ang maging decision ng immigration sa spousal sponsorship namin either denied o granted o kailangan bumalik ng Pilipinas ay igagalang namin. Sana ay sapat na document yun. Supposedly may darating na letter sa akin about DM kaya lang delay e one week na nakabalik postal workers. Then duon namin finalize kung magtotourist sya o hindi na. Hopefully wala ng hinihingi png additional documents. Salamat.

nakakainip na kasi maghintay eh... nung april 29 pa nasa kanila passport ko.. haaaaay...

Sana nga ginalaw ang files natin kasi mag 1 year na ang application ko July 13 sana luck ang 13 sken...hayzzz...
