Tapos ask ko nren po if gumawa kayo ng letter regarding sa Saudi police clearance and pwedeng PDF file na rin na kasama sa attachment sa email along with AOM and birth cert?

So there you go. Scan and save it in PDF format. Then email it to them.

Yes. In our case, gumawa kami ng letter kasabay nung application namin so there was no need for us to send it again as per CIC instruction. However, in your case, if you haven't submitted one yet, I suggest you write a letter concerning your Police Clearance. Nakalagay naman dun sa link kung ano yung isusulat nyo sa letter. Don't forget to sign it.

may iba hindi nakakareceive ng AOR2. don kasi nakalagay yung additional docs na kelangan but there are some cases na hindi sila nakatanggap nun. nageemail na lang MVO prior PPR kung may gusto pa sila ipapasa sayo.

opo totoo po sinasabi nya, isa po ako sa mga hindi nakareceived nang AOR 2. And believing na im on PPR na almost 7 months na din papers namin.

Ung Sponsorship approval po ba is same thing dun sa email ng cic that your eligible to sponsor coz that's what i received I also got ann Aor 1

For Common-law couples or applicants, is there some of you whose marriage here in the philippines is not annuled but applied common law and got approved by CIC?

Because that is my case! :'( We are just preparing our common law application and soon to submit. It's too costly to annul the marriage here and my husband pension cannot pay that annulment fee to be able to get re-married again that is why we apply common-law. The first application was refused due to his the sponsor's divorce date June 2013 while our marriage Nov 2012.

I am making an introduction explanation letter for the visa officer about our case.

You must submit the following information/documents ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY SUBMITTED THEM WITH YOUR APPLICATION:
1. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) by your sponsor in Canada to our office in Mississauga, if not already paid.
2. Valid police certificates from all countries where you and any family member age 18 and over have resided for 6 months or more. Police certificates which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation.
3. Completed and signed forms:
a. IMM5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration (Do not leave any gaps in your personal history and addresses).
b. IMM5406 Additional Family Information form
4. Identity and Civil Documents
a. For Philippine citizens:
Ø PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) Birth Certificate for yourself, your sponsor and all dependent children. (IF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS LATE-REGISTERED, you MUST also submit baptismal certificate and other documents establishing identity such as old school records, voter’s ID, etc)
Ø PSA Advisory on Marriages for yourself and if applicable, your sponsor
Ø PSA Marriage Certificate
Ø PSA Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) for dependent children aged 18 and above
Please note that if any of the information/documents listed above have been previously submitted to our office, they need not be submitted again.
To ensure the timely processing of your application, the required information/documents must be provided to us within THIRTY (30) days of the date of this letter.

Yes may letter from MVO manggagaling you have to ask email for it isesend nila sayong email (principal applicant ha). Then with that attached also is the forms to fill plus the official request lttr
