WHEN AND WHERE DID THE PROPOSAL HAPPEN?
WAS THERE A FORMAL CEREMONY?

Hindi na po siya nag propose sakin but instead of proposal, pinag usapan na lang namin na magpapakasal na kami kpag umuwi siya, un po kasi promise niya sakin. So para po hindi na masyadong magastos, hindi na po siya bumili ng engagement ring. 6 years po kaming mag boyfriend kaya pinag usapan na lang namin na magpakasal na. Paano po un? Ano pong ilalagay kong sagot sa form? PaHelp naman po pleas

ganyan din situation ko.. nilagay ko nlang ung date na una syang nagtanong..hehe. and ang nilagay/sinagot ko dun sa formal ceremony ay nung namanhikan na.. kung meron man din kayo, un nlang din ilagay mo..

Need ng court order kapag child custody, supporting docs lang ang mga affidavit.
May nagpost na dito about the same case.
Questions:
1. nakalagay ba sa birth certificate ng bata ang name ng father na sya ang father? If yes, you will need to secure his consent and signature sa isang form na hihingin ng cic/mvo. Except kung merong court order/ruling for sole custody.

2. Ang pangalan/surname ba ng bata ay nakasunod sa father? If yes, need nyo pa rin ang consent and signature ng father dun sa form na hihingin ng mvo. Except if you already have a court order.

Ngayon pa lang hanapin nyo na ang father.

Good day sa lahat! gusto ko lang po sana malaman kung gaano katagal ang wait time after maiforward sa manila embassy ang application? yung sa amin po. upfront was jan 13 20016, application receive in manila march 2016, its been 3 full moths na wala po update. ang nakalagay is in porcess if i checked it online. thannk you very much po sa responses.

Dami din namin hirap maghanap s tatay ng bata. Nung ngpasa kami ng papers binigay namin lahat ng evidence na inabandon ang bata pero hiningan p rin kmi ng consent ng tatay kasi nakasunod s pangalan ng biological father ang bata. But God is good daming tao nghanap s knya pr lang signan ang form. Dumating p kmi s time n ngseek kmi ng help of mayor at police pr mahanap whereabouts nya. Napakastrik ng immigration pagdating s custody ng bata.

Give them atleast 6mos. more to have ur background check,,,, every additional documents request is equivalent to 15days, 30days delay (depends on the due date on your email) let says you need to submit AOM and they have given you 30days to comply after wards ur file will be brought back to the file cabinet and wait for queue to be reviewed again after 30days.... So that's how it goes,,, if your application is straight forward you will reach decision made in 4-6mos if there is an additional docs. It will take 8-10mos. Which is standard... The rest number of months depends on the applicant on how fast he/she can answer to the office.

Hello crise,,,, i have read all of their responses regarding your concern,,, but based on my personal experience,,i Believe on the saying that "in every rule there's always an exemption" i had the same situation as you,, my child was abandoned by her father as well, but the hardest part is,, she bears her father's surname naipanganak ko p xa and until she turns 1year old I loss communication with her father since then.... I am greatfull and truthfully thanking the visa officer who handled my case coz she/he didn't ask for the court order at all maybe i sent them enough evidences to prove that I raise my child alone. If you want throw me a private message to collaborate with your issues,, kasi I am very aware that it is so unfair for others to suffer and undergo police search to find the whereabouts of their child's father just to have a consent and yet i Just showed them some significant documents and passed tru but i tell u i did so much effort din.

Regarding po sa question na "Did you have any contact with your sponsor before you met?" Ang isasagot ko po ba is NO? Kasi po grade 6 kami unang nagkakilala, that was 2006 pa po, wala pa po kami cellphone noon kasi bata pa po kami. So NO po ba? Or ung question is tungkol po sa bago siya manligaw? Any help pls. I'm getting confused po kasi Embarrassed

In your case = answer must be NO, if ask why BECAUSE we met each other way back (year,month,day if applicable) while we was in grade 6, from then on communication has begun since we are classmates,,, lol ako n sumagot example lng po yan bored lang me nothing to do

Sometimes po it happens . If need nyo po eprove na same school kau ng college ng spouse mo. Ung iba kc na VO , will request additional proof kung e cliclaim po nnu na mgkilala na kau college pa lng dhil same school kau.. That is if kulang po ung esesend na proofs po.

Sa ibang side nmn po , school records is also requested if late registered or may discrepancy sa birth nyo po. Additional proof of identity kc if ganon.
