EDIT: parang wala rin instructions na binigay how and where to mail additional documents if ever? kasi when I received my AOR may pinasubmit sila sakin at naka lagay sa email kung saang address ko
papadala

leof is right. It clearly stated naman no need to submit if previously submitted.
Question lang, iba pa ba talaga ang Advisory of Marriage sa PSA (previously NSO) copy na Marriage Certificate? I thought pag may PSA copy na ng MC, okay na yun kasi galing na mismo sa PSA Main Office.

Would greatly appreciate a response from anyone.

magkaiba sila. yung Advisory on Marriage is parang counterpart ng CENOMAR. Hindi rin ako nagsubmit ng AOM kaya nung natransfer application namin sa ManilaVO nag request sila sakin nitong AOM (which probably delayed our application a bit)

Thanks leof! Pano mag request nun? :) Ang meron kasi online is BC, DC, MC and CENOMAR. Should I request CENOMAR, then pag nakita sa system nila, automatic na ba yun na mag issue ang PSA ng AOM?

If you or any of your family members fail to declare and present for examination any family member as defined by the Regulations, then you or your family member will not be able to sponsor the undeclared family member at a later date as a member of the family class.

Subsection 1(3) of the Regulations defines “family member” in respect of a person as
(a) the spouse or common-law partner of the person;
(b) a dependent child of the person or of the person’s spouse or common-law partner; and
(c) a dependent child of a dependent child referred to in paragraph (b).

All family members, whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada, MUST be declared and presented for examination to assess whether they are admissible to Canada. A false declaration on your IMM5406 (Additional Family Information form), any failure to declare a family member, or failure to present a family member for examination constitutes misrepresentation and may render you inadmissible to Canada for five (5) years.
