nope.. its not mandatory.. kasi nung nakareceived ng email ang husband ko about it, nklagay sa email na kung nasa canada ka na or nkaattend ka na, disregard nlang ung email.. ang mandatory is ung PDOS and GCP (for applicants whose spouse os foreign national)..

Sis i sponsored my spouse a PR, then after our PPR i became a citizen, i did email it to CEM. Once he receives his visa ba they will send a notice that he needs to attend PDOS and GCP?

Hello sa inyo.. i need help guys

We just received an email from our VO in Manila and was asked to have my spouses passport mailed to VFS (a visa processing centre that CIC uses) but our problem is that my spouses is currently back in Dubai, UAE and according to the VFS instructions a fee has to be paid by either cash, managers cheque or bank draft- no problem in paying but how we pay the fee since non of my spouses relatives have POA on the bank account.

Can anyone advise me po on how to got about this? Pwede ba kame mag-elect ng representative to submit and collect my spouses passport? how long po ba ang visa stamping?

Kami po s LBC namin pinadala passport namin,natanggap naman ng embassy.kapag VFS kc,magbabayad kapa s kanila.from Dubai,pwede nya p DHL,e send din po nila yung passport nya pabalik s kanya through DHL.lagyan nya ng return add.,telephone,cellphone numbers,email address,isulat nya s isang papel,kasama ng passport.4 to 6 weeks ang visa stamping

Hello po ask ko lang po kung gaano ba talaga katagal ang process ng visa application,kasi I sent my passport po last june 1,2015 until now wala pa ring kahit anong update .Nagwoworryn na kmi ng husband ko kasi expired na ang medical ko this coming Dec 2,2015 .any info po pls ? Thank you .

Same here.
April 2015 applicant ako.
June 30 pinas.hubby ko.pasport CEM..
Sept 5 ay IP mode...
Until now....wlang news.i emailed them 3x... iisa lbg ang sagot.
Its on process...and still have to wait wait.
Well.

Same here. Feb 2015 applicant here. Passport with Manila Embassy since June 1.
