Hi toffboss same requirements kayo ng husband ko when he got the email from CEM for PPR.. For appendix A yes ikaw lang mag fill up nun pero ung spouse field duon isulat mo na rin ung name ng asawa mo or sponsor mo.Then sa children kng wala kayo children just write N/A on Child 1. Yes kelngan mo mag padala ulit ng pictures kung yan ang included sa requirements mo because they need recent photos of you.

Just to be sure:
Who completes the Appendix A? Aside from me the applicant. We have no children/dependent.

Who gets the email? Sponsor or the sponsored person for PPR?

If you included your 9 pcs photos on your application package I think you don't have to submit again. I just submitted appendix A and passport.

thanks po sa reply. I included 9 pics on our package before. What i received was appendix a and b. In their request it is stated na appendix a and passport. Hrhe moght as well send the photos.

we have not submiited my husband's qatar & saudi arabia police clearance, we only submitted his nbi clearance. im worried na baka tumagal din yung samin because of that.

hubby is flying on Aug. 4 na! so excited!
Sa lahat ng mga nagaantay, kayo na rin ang susunod.. just pray and be patient..ganyan lang po tlga ang processing dipende sa may hawak ng application nyo at mga sinubmit nyo.. in my experience, i did ours just by myself and konting research here and there. before you submit sabi nga sa procedure na make sure it is complete pra walang delay and everything. basahing mabuti at sagutin ng maayos at tama.I've learn so much in this forum. I know na ang haba haba pero tyaga at pasensya lng ang kailangan sa lahat ng ito. because with all of this things, it is worth the wait at the end. share lang po ng experience.
