Hello! Ngaun ko lang sinubmit yung application ng mister ko thru canada post. I'm here in Manitoba, nasa pinas si Mr. After reading this forum nataranta ko, hindi namin nilagay yung middle names namin sa application!! Do you think there will be a problem sa processing ng papers nia yun? I'm starting to get paranoid na. Sabi na may mali pa din ako kahit how many times ko na nireview yung mga forms bago ko isubmit. Pls. enlighten me.

If Im not mistaken may isa po dito sa forum, si Mrs Missing Them ata yun, taga Tacloban and wala din DHL sa town nila, but DHL pa rin po nag deliver ng package nila. It took a few days nga lang bago nadeliver, kaya antay antay lang po, darating din yan

what do you mean hindi nalagay yun middle names?

Yung middle name ko and ng husband ko, parehong first name lang namin ang nilagay namin dun sa form. Magkakaproblema kaya dun?

pwede ko ba tanungin kung bkit hnd nyo nilagay eh nakalagay naman lahat sa forms ang dapat fill-upan? wondering lang kung bkit nyo na-miss?

Na-overlook ko yung ibang details and I thought ok na lahat ng forms na may barcode. I was focusing sa proofs namin kaya namiss ko yung details nayun. Though nagpass naman kami ng copy ng passport namin. What should I do??

Hello, madami dami na rin ako nabasa dito na hindi rin naglagay ng middle names and it was fine naman po, naapprove,nagkavisa and nakaalis naman sila.

There was a thread here before na advising to put the middle name as part of given name. But then again, nde kasi naka indicate sa form yung middle name, kaya madami din nag fill up lang ng Given Name at Last Name lang, disregarding the middle name. And its all good naman po.

Thanks guys! Di na ko mapakali dito buti napagaan niyo loob ko kahit papano. I am thinking na isubmit nalang yung forms na need ng middle names namin.

It was OK naman kasi if you check his stat, he already landed na. Cheers
