Hi,

Ito po nabasa ko na requirements sa pag attend ng CFO seminar:

Requirements for Attendance to Guidance and Counseling Program
1.Two (2) valid identification cards (IDs) with photograph;
2.Duly completed guidance and counseling form;
3.If married, original and photocopy of marriage contract on security paper from the National Statistics Office, or Local Civil Registry Offices; or original and photocopy of marriage contract duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/ Consulate (if married abroad)
4.Other documents as may be required by the counselors; and
5.Payment of P400.00 counseling fee.

Okay lng po ba na passport and SSS ID po ung valid IDs? San po pwede mag avail ng Duly completed guidance and counseling form? May iba pa po bang requirements na needed if in case di po update ung nabasa ko na info?

You can get the forms from the CFO office mismo Bella0508....dun mo na din i fill up ang forms at i submit sa kanila...yes puydi mo na gamitin yan then you need to have it photocopy for their file.

drewday, congrats!!! Masaya talaga ako para sa mga nagkaka visa pero may unting "ay, bakit wala pa yung sakin" feeling.

thank you limehuice ,, ganyan din ako dati pero natutuwa ako pag may natatapos kasi alam ko susunod na yung akin ,, ayan bawas na ko sa folder na nakapatong sa paper mo susunod ka na rin sis


kasam pa din kayu sa dasak ko kahapong nga e halos na late ako sa misa ,, pero pinilit ko makarating sa church St james Church para maipagdsal ko lang tayung lahat onti na lang sis darating na din yan sau tyaga lang

Hehe yes naka relate ako sa na feel mo limejuice...coz i feel the same way too...but it's ok i'm sure tayo na next sa kanila....we will just continue praying...

and may nakalagay po dun sa addres na papadalhan ko nga passport na ATTN:VISA SECTION sa page 3108 po post ni sis wella13 na mabilis daw po pag ganun nung address kagabi binalikan ko pao lahta ng post e heheheh wala magaw e tapos nakarating ako dun sa page na yun iyun po nabasa ko

tapus eto nga po tinawagan na ko nagun visa ready na kaya lang wala pa po passport sa kanila kinuha po nila tracking number ko sa LBC then un na tatawag na lang daw po ulit

jan din ako nag padala sa ATTN:VISA SECTION kaso wala pa din yunh akin ahaha. depende talaga sa VO yan napakabilis nilang inasikaso nung papers mo.. sa tingin ko lang bago sila mag ppr ready to be released na ang visa mo .kasi imagine june 6 ka lang nag ppr tapos the followng day mo isesend mo pa. then dagdag mo pa yung weekends sat at sun

San area mo Bella0508? kung sa Cebu ka alam ko dito sa Cebu but sa Manila di ko alam but you can ask somebody in this forum sa CFO office dyan sa Manila.

jan din ako nag padala sa ATTN:VISA SECTION kaso wala pa din yunh akin ahaha. depende talaga sa VO yan napakabilis nilang inasikaso nung papers mo.. sa tingin ko lang bago sila mag ppr ready to be released na ang visa mo .kasi imagine june 6 ka lang nag ppr tapos the followng day mo isesend mo pa. then dagdag mo pa yung weekends sat at sun

ou nga nuh baka nga po ready na sya bago pa ko mag PPR ...expectation ko nga po e after 2 weeks pa e tapos kung wla pa ng after 2 weeks e sure remed na ko pero lucky they call me for visa

baka naman this week ka n bro Monday pa lng naman ngaun e

Don't forget to bring pictures of you together (wedding pics,honeymoon pics) any valid I.ds SSS or passport na mismo,postal etc. and if he's divorced make sure to being a copy and sometimes they asked for your CENOMAR too, I had my CFO seminar sa Cebu the counsellor ask my cenomar and a copy of certificate of legal capacity ng husband ko but I don't have it so she understands naman nag explain lang ako..

Yes that is so true drewday...ang ending is visa naman talaga...ang mahirap lng naman dito is ang waiting time na di mo alam until when hehehehe...but then your file is done next na man kami...hehehehe....just keep us posted Drewday....

kasi daw yung medical ko maeexpired na sa june 28

lalaki yung tumawag saki at tatawag sya ulit kasi wal pa sa kanila passport ko kinuha nga nila tracking number ko ..LBC ginamit ko tinanung lang nila birthday ko husband birthday , and if am ready and sure na makaka-alis ako bago mag 28 of this month

nakakaloka talaga nanginginig pa ko gang ngaun sis

ay thank you sis .. yes ung email nga lang for PPr e di lang 5 x ko binasa at 10 x ko sya print sa sobrang saya ko tapos ngaun visa naman siguro matutulog ako na yakap yun pagdating sakin hahahaha

Don't forget to bring pictures of you together (wedding pics,honeymoon pics) any valid I.ds SSS or passport na mismo,postal etc. and if he's divorced make sure to being a copy and sometimes they asked for your CENOMAR too, I had my CFO seminar sa Cebu the counsellor ask my cenomar and a copy of certificate of legal capacity ng husband ko but I don't have it so she understands naman nag explain lang ako..

Kahit po may copy na po ako ng marriage contract eh need pa rin po ba CENOMAR? Andito po ako sa Manila, pag nagsearch ako ng CFO office eh madami po lumalabas so I'm asking po sana ung tested na po ng mga forummates po natin para mas sigurado din po ako na magiging okay po ung seminar ko .
