hello po. regarding po sa form IMM 5669 question #8.Personal History since the age of 18...
my tanong po sana aq..sana po my sumagot..
1)kailangan po ba magbigay ng proof tulad ng copy ng diploma, transcript of records from school at certificate of employment, para proof na totoo mga nilista sa dates of history? or basta isulat ko lang mga dates at activity and no need to add proofs?
2)meron po mga times sa history ko na ilang months unemployed ako, kailangan ko pa po ba i-explain kung ano ginagawa ko sa mga panahon na unemployed ako? ;D

*hahah sorry po sa mga tanong ko, nahihiya na ako sa dami ko tanong sa forum na ito, ewan ko ba parang nakakaloka kasi nakakatakot magkamali. )

About dun sa personal history for the last 10 years sicne 18y/o, to be sure I included sa application yung english translation ng diploma, yung copy ng transcript, certificate of employment and my ITR as well. I just thought na it will be easier for them to do background checks because may naka attach na proofs. Although di naman sinabi sa country specific instructions na need ahehe.

Ok lang naman siguro yung may onting gaps sa personal history. As long as naka specify doon yung mga duration ng activities mo, keri na yun.
