Sis,kung cathay strict ba sila sa handcarry? Like photo enlargment frame for 16x20? Kasi sa Pal naginquire ako at sabi okey lang daw as long as i.pack nang mahigpit para hindi mabasag kapag nahulog.

Please refer to this link for the timeline :) Our ecas still says application received. The only thing that was changed was hubby's home address na pinalitan na ng address dito sa canada :)
