Actually I was puzzled by the fact that just this month 6 people received "In Process" on ECAS without any email for a PPR:

Franc-Jon and Kazekage on April 8th
M&M and Meoh12595 on April 12th
DJ88 and Dexhaz on April 15th

But this week the first two of these have gotten passport requests.

I wonder if this new phenomena means anything?

Actually I was puzzled by the fact that just this month 6 people received "In Process" on ECAS without any email for a PPR:

Franc-Jon and Kazekage on April 8th

DJ88 and Dexhaz on April 15th

Nag re MEd po ako March 7 2013 po and receive ko visa April 23 pero ang date of issuance nang visa ay April 17 po and yung date of expiry sa MArch of 2014 pa po. Just to be clear po So PDOS lang po ang attend ko na seminar?

Try to email them. But this time only, ask them what you like. They dont usually respond if youre going to ask about your application. Ask them if there's any problem with regards to your app, you'll be lucky to received email like 'your application is within processing time' but at least you received a response.
