I told my husband that I was reading information here and mentioned that MP or members of the parliament, then he said, "Oh yeah, that's it I will ask help to Mr. Rob Merrifield, to make our application process fast." ;D

oh my i do feel you Scott... both me and my husband has this load of frustrations with embassy Manila. I do agree with you that they are really corrupt, my husband even cited on his letter of request to just have my medical be extended up to 15 months as what is stated on this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob423.asp but hell no they don't even understand what this Operational Bulletin 423 is all about lol lol lol, of course they are wise and will asked everyone to get a re-medical for another P5,250.00 than have it extended (of course it's an income for them). And yes they will say to us to be "PATIENT"?????????????????? our Canadian daughter who was born here is already 3 years old, growing without her Daddy beside her and telling us to be "PATIENT"!!!!! They're all sick!!!! Really tired of all their BS and getting more money from the applicants... My husband in not a rich Canadian guy, but a hardworking one who valued every cents he earned from his courier business... I am a hotel manager and wont throw away my money to them too and with all these crap that CEM asked for the applicant to re-do and submit to them in order to proceed with the applications are all BS!!!! Again i will say it, CEM'S GOAL IS NOT ABOUT REUNIFICATION OF FAMILIES BUT DESTROYING IT!!!!!!

Hi!! Ask ko lang, I saw on your timeline, why did the CEM requested the Appendix A(Document Checklist- Immigrant)? Have you not included or pass it before?

sis samantala,i think sis ang appendix A ay makukuha muh yan pag nka tanggap kna nang ppr,,,,kasi kung wla kpa ppr,wla ka matatanggap na appendix A,,,,,at ang cem lang ang magbibigay sayo nang eppendix A....ako waiting din ako nang ppr...

Ahhhhh!!!! : ganun ba yun!? Akala ko yung Part 3: Country Specific Instructions Appendix A- Document Checklist -Immigrant, Appendix B- Photo Specifications at Appendix C- Medical Instructions, akala ko yan yung Appendix A na tinutukoy!!! heheheh!!!

not sure sis...kasi most sa nagka ppr sis pag nka tanggap na cla nang letter from cem ang hinihingi nang tga cem ay passport at appendix A at AOM,,,(advisory of marriage),,,,baka yang ibig sabihin muh sis appendix A from cem..

nun nag remed po ako ng october 25 nag decision made ako ng dec.4 at nakuha ko ng dec14 yun visa via dhl po

MY IDEA FOR TODAY :-[ :-* TO ALL APPLICANTS WHO ARE WAITING HERE FOR A VISA AND FEEL LIKE THEY ARE USELESS IN TRYING TO GET ONE get all the spouses in canada to go to thier MP office and ask for information on thier visa application. Lets do it on Feb 14,2013, VALENTINES DAY this will barrage the system and show the canadian government there is something wrong wiith the system as it is useless and unkind to all of us who apply making us wait and not giving us any communications. DOES ANYONE WANT TO TRY THIS OR DO U THINK ITS A STUPID IDEA, COMMENT PLS im sure the consular in manila would get a phone call from jack kenney if we did

thanks Ms Jen,your reply is really appreciated., pero panu kung yung file number ay nsa loob lng ng envelope wla sa labas..nung esend ko sa Post Office(special delievery) going to CEM yung passports namin,add docs such as Appendix-A,Orig NSO birth Cert,Personal History,at kalakip yung letter na may file na number na galing sa CEM.ang mga mga yun ay nilagay ko sa envelope lahat at finorward ko sa CEM last May 14,2012.,pro yung file number wla sa labas ng envelope kundi nsa loob po..On May 16,2012 may pahabol akong pinasa sa CEM yung Advisory of Marriage,ang problema di ko nalagyan ng file number sa loob at labas ng envelope. Its over 8 months na ngayon yung passports namin sa CEM.Then yung ECAS ko nman simula pa lng noon hanggang ngayon laging ganito "APPLICATION RECEIVED,MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED."wla pa rin changes til now. Natanggap ng CEM application ko for Permanent Residence on March 2012..so 10 months na akong waiting..naisip ng husband ko na mag email sa CEM once,ang sabi after 28 days magrereply sila pero ng lumipas ang 28 days ni minsan di sila nag response. Last Jan.14,2013 inutusan ako ng husband ko na mag submit ulit ako sa CEM ng AOM na may kalakip na file number dahil yung AOM na na esend ko nung May 16,2012 ay walang file number. Ask ko lang Ms Jen.Malalaman ba kya nila na sa kin yung application or envelope khit di nka indicate yung file number sa labas ng envelope pro nsa loob?how about yung AOM na pinadala ko nung May 16,2012 maisasali ba yun sa file ko khit wlang file number?Kelan kya ako ma DM?.Psensya na talga ha mdyo haba ng sulat ko,minsan kasi ako pa sinisisi ng husband ko ako daw dhilan kng bakit di ko pa ntanggap ang visa at di pa maka landing sa kanyang bansa.HOpe to see your post again Ms Jen regarding my questions.God Bless US.
