I just got a letter today from the Canadian Embassy in our country.


I just got a letter from the Canadian embassy, this is what it says:

Based on the information provided in your application, I am not satisfied that you have established that you and your sponsor are conjugal partners. A conjugal relationship is defined in the immigration policy manuals as a "marriage-like" relationship.

Specifically, it does not appear that the characteristics of a married or common-law relationship, such as (but not limited to) joing financial arrangements, joint property holdings, and evidence that the relationship is long term and physically, emotionally, financially and socially interdependent.

However before a final decision is made regarding your application this letter is being sent to you to provide you an opportunity to respond to this concern by way of written submissions. Please be aware that the onus is on you to satisfy a visa officer that you must meet the requirements of the Immigration and refugee protection act and regulations.

Any additional information you would like the officer to consider must be received by our office within 45 days of the date of this letter.


We submitted a letter from the bank that me and my partner have a joint account,proof that he is extension of my cc, certificate that I am a beneficiary to his insurance, itinerary of our trips together, western union receipts, letters from our family, pictures of us with our families, copy of tickets that he has been visiting me. Chat, skype logs, magic jack call logs, his phone bills, our text messages we took pictures direct from our iphones.

I don't know how else to prove it. Please help me. Is this even considered the interview? Or is this better than an interview?

ermn, naawa ako sayo alam ko anong laki ng hirap mo sa pagpalakad ng papers mo..I suggest kumuha ka ng statement sa bank manager mismo then i scan ang mga statements of joint accounts..withdrawals, deposit lahat and iattached sa letter at original, then ulitin mong kumuha ng statements galing sa manager ng insurance like his company insurance..then ask hubby to provide a letter stating the date and year ipascan mo..then also attach sa letter from the insurance manager..and higit sa lahat importanti yong maraming photos sa kasal at receptions...kailangan pinakamarami ang pics nyo with some pipol sa background..kung makakuha ka rin ng statements galing sa WU mas maganda.kapag nakikita ng VO ang tyaga mo sa mga pagcomply sa lahat ng proof..ito pa kung pwede maghingi ka rin ng statements sa nagkasal sa inyo...sa pari or sa huwes...yong letter head talaga..maski sa congratulatory cards sa kasal ...tapos gawa ka rin ng letter mo na ginawa mo lahat ang makakaya na masatisfy sa mga pinadala mong papers.i hope it helps...dont lose your hope...kaya mo lahat ito...

musta jd...ako kasi nag pa cfo na ako before i submitted my application cause i changed my lastname to my hubby..Nakakahiya talaga tumawag sa dhl especially wala pang package sa embassy...Sana may milagro dumating aug.8 na medical ko...im scared nga baka umabot ng 5 years application.. gusto kona sana ng news either gud or bad if bad para maka appeal na kami agad hindi wastte ang time sa pag w8 for nothing..and beside i will supposed to have my 8 months this aug.20 eh 12 days lng naman ang deperintsa sa medical ko.kasi dec. 20 na receievd ng manila papers ko galing sa cic..so dapat complete na sana....

wala pa ding balita sa akin criset.kahapon tumawag mp ko sa hubby ko about our follow-up.sabi ng embassy within standard processing time pa rin naman daw ang application ko sa wag daw muna magtanong ng magtanong.saka may 2 months pa daw bago mag-expire medical ko,so mukhang isasagad nila yun bago irelease ang visa ko.grabe di ba.6 months na sa embassy ang passport ko.1 year na application namin sa Sept.tas sabi ng embassy wag daw mag-follow up ng follow up kasi nagko-cause daw yun ng delay sa processing.kainis.

oo nga..may user nga sa london ba yon nagtrabaho sya sa embassy nila.. nagtaka sya bakit daw mostly dito nagtawag ng mp..sabi nya lalo mo lng daw delay work nila thru inquiries /email at tsaka mag ano daw parang magagalit...w8 nalang daw sa processing saka mag inquire.. kahit hubby ko nga ayaw talaga mag ask ng mp ven mag order ng gsms/caips notes..saka na lng daw kami mag order ng notes if refused na kami...kasi pino pull out nila application sa queue diba if u ask if na receieved nila yon passport or aditional document so it means nasa last na naman ka sa queue...well bahala na..

yup last nov 18 pinadala ng asawako dec 28 kasi natanggap niya dec 12 kasi di lahat pinadala lahat noon basta attached lng ako ng ilang piraso kaya para di sila na satisfied humingi ulit silakaya pinadala ko na lahat ngayon queued for visa officer's review to confirm whether an interview will be warranted or not.tapos sabi kindly wait for our advise on this matter kasi na email ako sa kanila at pumunta din ang hubby ko after 2 wks yon ang reply nila

hi guys. i didn't get the DM status but i got my visa na yesterday. july 26 ko nakita changes ng address sa status ko then kinabukasan tumawag DHL.

i was not expecting it to be that early dahil my status is still application received.

ung mga 2011 applicants kapit lng kayo at ung mag eexpire ung mga meds like me malapit na yan. next month na kasi expirations ng meds ko un baka nakita nila. pray lng po tayo lahat

d ko po alam exact date ng expiration pero somewhere 23-26 august. meron po address sa pina dati june ko yana un na pansin bago malagay ung canada address.

sagot lng ako wala ako magawa nag typing test nalang ako dito sa pc..Well sa cebu ako ng cfo i arrived around 4:30 am pinakaunsa sa linya sabay kami ni manong guard natulog sa gate na may chair doon.. may listahan ata doon mag login ka cause i think they will only accpet 15 or 20 a day iba countries n ayon include..sabi nya 7am eh pinapasok kami around 8:45am na...tagal...And by the way sa akin yon blue certifacate at green ata yon sa dfa..wala pa sticker kasi wala pa visas.. baka sa manila iba

yup pinadala pati sa fb na pag chat namin pinadala kaya medyo mabigat kasi sabi i pa LBC mo para may tracking no. ka na natanggap hingi ding ako ng sulat sa parents in-laws ko na pakatapos ng kasal namin nag sama kami at tyahin na testify sa pagmamahalan namin sa witness ng kasal namin hingi rin ako isa sa kanila ng sulat pati hubby ko gumawa din na sa katunayan mahal nya ako tapos pina certify na nya sa abogado na lahat ay totoo
