I've read you're posts and comments sa mga advice sayo about you're hubby, it seems like gusto mo ng advice but medyo kulang kulang ang mga kwento mo kaya yung mga advice sayo ay di namin masyado nakaklaro. Pero now your saying na dual citizen pala hubby mo since nawala nya ang citizenship card nya Option lang naman nya if he still want to keep he's PR in Canada either way the best thing to do is tumawag sa Canadian Embassy para matulungan sya sa case nya. Kasi sila ang mas nakakaalam kung ano ang dapat gawin ;)

ok lang na umuwi ka i think.... basta yung application andyan na sa pinas..kasi ganyan din husband ko, he filed our application last january 2011, then umuwi sya last last april 2011,while our application is on process he stayed for 3 months di naman naka apekto sa application, nakatulong pa nga kasi may interview pa ako last may 2011 so andun sya...

i dont think makaka apekto yun sa application mo, kasi mostly ang tinitignan is tax declaration and income ng sponsor...
pero bababa lang credit score mo yun lang....

@ 0jenifer0 and Nester.. thanks for your advise... We will go directly to CEM and explain our situation. My sponsor and his family are going through a difficult times (financially and serious health issues) the reason he is still staying here. Im pretty sure CEM will understand the situation.

Most probably, CEM will postpone the processing of our PR application until my sponsor receive his new passport and return to Canada OR CEM will provide a limited validity passport so he can return immediately to Canada...

May rep ako sa Canada. Sila ngsubmit ng application ko, pero nakuha ko directly visa ko. Yung sponsorship approval lang nakuha nya.

oh gnun ba..good to hear that..kc ganyan din balak kong gwin sna...yup..for sure hintayin ko mna na ma-sponsor approved ako..awa ng diyos!..kc march 2012 pa nmn uwi ko e..so..even 3 months pde ka mgstay? wlang kso un...ndi ka nmn ta2nungin?? thanks...
