sis do we need birth certifcate upon regstring PDOS? any idea? Or yun lng lahat yung requirements for PDOS ung sa paper na ibinigay from embasy na requirements?

no you dont need BC..
all you need is a photocopy and original visa and PP and your COPR

already did.. it says i 2x2 or pasport size pic, photocopy of CPR, visa and that regstration form downloadable at www.cfo.gov.ph. thats all. i was just confused my friend kasi told me need BC. thank you so much KMAEP. this forum is of BIG HELP to everyone ncluding me. thank you. God bless us all.

Print mo na agad ung form para pag dating mo pila ka na lang. be early, no reservations. photocopy mo na agad and paste mo na ung photo mo sa form, this order cfo form, visa copy, pp copy then copr copy.

Kababayad lang ng aking asawa noon october 28, 2011 ng RPRF at agad nya fax doon sa cpc-m.. at try nyang pina fax dito sa canada ibassy pero walang nag response..

Tanong ko lang po after ma ifax dito ng RPRF. Ilang months ako maghihintay sa visa ko or para ma DM ako..

sabi ng iba 1-2mos. Or depende sa volume na pina proces sa taga CEM.

well there is no specific number of months para ma DM or ma issue ang visa.. depende sa V.o na may hawak ng application nyo.. kasi ibat ibang V.O naman may hawak ng papers.. pwedeng 1 month, 5 months, or mas mahaba pa..

a. It is advised to pay the processing fees and RPRF at the same time. For late payment of RPRF, additional 2-month delay in the finalization of the PR application.

they usually say 2 months but for us, it didn't that long... about a month or probably less, can't remember exactly. Pero I sent a copy of his payment to the embassy together with other requested documents (AOM). If your papers are ready and CEM is just waiting for the confirmation of pprf payment, it shouldn't take that long. Pero depende pa rin po.
