is that the one you send together with other forms in the Embassy? Meron ako non notarized sya. Im just concern about dito sa airport natin baka kse harangin nila at hanapan ako ng letter from DSWD since iba nga ang surname ng anak ko.

Consent of the father of your child stating that he is allowing your children to stay and live with you in Canada permanently. PLease used the attached form IMM5604, DEclaration From Non-Accompanying Parents/Guardian for Minors Immigrating to Canada for compliance with this requirements.....

parang dapat may feedback ka na kahit pano, kasi malimit 2-4 weeks nadating ang request for PPR eh.. lampas na lampas ka na.. minsan nagkakamali sila ng address.. baka pwede ka mag-email dun or fax sa CEM para sure..

i thought about that too kya never sumagi sa isip ko na mag inquire sakanila khiy na mejo nkakainip at nkakaworry na din kc i know may possibility na makatagal lalo..

anyway, yup mas sure ako kya office add nilagay ko.

ah ok kakakasal mo lng pla andeng, try mo pa electronic endorsement para mas mabilis marelease marriage contract from NSO..

yung sa hubby ko nakuha n nya yung sa income tax.. may 3 p lang kmi kinasal so nso, nbi, medical, pictures hahaha... lahat ng nababasa ko halos DM at Visa na. nakaka-inspire tuloy lalo maglakad ng papers. sana nga macomplete n natin ang mga requirements..

i got my nso marriage cert two weeks after me and husband got married
you might want to refer in this site for fast endorsement just in case you haven' worked on it yet

embassy will contact you naman if ever wala pa din ppr tatawagan ka nila kaya dapat katabi mo cellphone mo alwaysü or kung ano number na nilagay mo or check mo yung email lagi sa spam minsan check mo and yes dont email them ayaw nila ng matanong eh
