my passport will expire on april2018.

1. is it required to renew passport before VO request the passport?
kasi now palang po ako mag apply. so by next year 2017 on going process n sya. mga months nlng ang magiging validity ng passport ko pag nagkataon.
and
2.since maiden name gamit ko sa passport. once na magrenew ako passport still maiden name p din gamitin ko right? kasi un gnamait ko sa application.
3. CFO- required din ba un pag nagpunta ka sa canada? if im not mistaken cfo certficate ay ginagamit sa pagchange name sa passport right?since maiden name gamit ko sa application okaylng ba na hindi muna ako umatend seminar sa cfo?

Mandatory ba to attend pre-arrival services? kasi nasa mindanao ako..mejo malayo ang manila ,mahal pa ang tickets ngayon huhu...

is not a issue po. Depende sayo kung papalitan mo..pero ako nag renew ako gamit ko pa ung family name ko...pati sa pag apply ng sponsorship sa asawa ko...Dito kasi sa canada depende kung anu gagamitin mo. No big deal sa kanila...Pero nung nag renew ako married ang linagay ko

It's not mandatory. May briefing din about it when you go to CFO. Although mas detailed syempre what's being promoted by the embassy Ikaw ata yung nagtanong din kanina sa isang thread about CFO and either in Cebu or Manila. Nweis, that is why they have other offices esp there's one now in Pampanga. In your case, obviously mas convenient sayo to go to Cebu if you are from Mindanao. It's your choice

Bale PDOS na yung ireregister mo sa CFO when you get your passport and visa. GCP and/or PDOS pareho lang naman. Dami ko kasi kasabayan na nag PDOS nung time na umatend ako GCP. Since waiting ka na lang ng passport/visa/COPR mo, PDOS ang iregister mo.. Don't do anything on your COPR once you have it na. You will also have to bring it with you when you go to CFO.

Hindi po. Merong mga organizations na pwede ka magpa assess ng TOR for a fee para sabihin nila kung anong equivalent ng Philippine education mo. Pero hindi lahat ng employer magrerequire nun. Kailangan siya for school though. I used ICAS. Yung isa naman WES.

about sa IMM 5669. Personal history. provide details daw. and dont leave any gaps. example. 2011-04 up to 2013-06 (employed ako) then 1 month after resigned ako (unemployed) isasama ko pa din un khit 1 month lng gap from my next work na 2013-07 (start working)???

another thing: if you work outside country provide status daw... wat do you mean STATUS? 1 year kasiako nasa japan as TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINEE based sa passport visa ko. end of contract ako doon. so what should be my status then? End of Contract?

2011-04 to 2013-06 Employed (Job Title)

Status kung Citizen, Out of Status, Legal resident ka at the time noong nagwork ka sa bansa na yun.

well im working (trainee) that time. so i'll put LEGAL RESIDENT then right? I've check the guide. wala po nakaindicate na sample sa mga nagwork outside country
