required po ang PDOS sa pagkakaalam ko pag aalis ng pilipinas. Visit mo na lng website ng CFO ( commission on filipinos overseas) for.more info.

Manila/canada embassy just email my minor dependant asking to fill out a bunch of form & sent bunch of documents for his permanent residence & they giving him 60days to sent all that.
One of the form to fill out is non accompanied parents authorization or have sign on it (IMM 5604) now my question is if we don't search this other parents to sign or he don't want to sign / cooperate , what else we could do , are we going to court to have a costudy documents from a judges ?
Coz we do the affidavit sole custody made by attorney - notarized / sign by Philippines embassy Toronto on canada but it's look like it's not enough prove for costudy so im asking advice / help if did happen to u or did have knowledge about it, thanks u very much in advance, very appriciate for the help.

Who is ur dependent anyway? Is he/she adopted? Maybe you can ask and explain the case properly to the parent. Kuhanin mo muna sa magandang pakiusap. If unwilling, then consult a lawyer for legalities.

May question lang ako re: 9 recent photos for each member of your family and yourself (accompanying and non-accompanying). So kailangan ko din ba submit photos ng parents and siblings ko kahit hindi sila kasama sa application?

May question lang ako re: 9 recent photos for each member of your family and yourself (accompanying and non-accompanying). So kailangan ko din ba submit photos ng parents and siblings ko kahit hindi sila kasama sa application?

It's my minor son from previous relationship. I know for sure he will not cooperate coz I did search him last year & the one address that I gather I mail to him the documents the letter came back , he don't do anything to my son , no support, no cummunication to my son, so it's look like he did abandon my son .
So if possible I want to get any documents from high court for costudy.
Is any body can give me a attorney to contact to who speciallty is about this costudy issue, thanks.

Hello sa lahat pati sa mga february 2015 applicant dito PPR ako nung June 4, 2015 but still APP RCV parin yung na sa status ko.

Feb 2015 applicant din un Husband ko PPR sya May 19. Wala pa rin change sa ECAS Status nya. Sana mag In Process na soon then DM.

sana nga po mag IP nah. everyday na nga ako check ng check sa status ko. hehe always lang tayo pray for a faster and positive results. ;D update2 lang tayo dito
