Ganun din sa mga sputum test, parang antayin rin tlga nila.... Mgadd tlga sya sa waiting time mo. Pero if wala kang mga gnun dpat andun na agad sa embassy result ng medical mo.

hi guys,

i am getting ready for the medical exam.

1) Can we use our HMO/healthcards for this? Lol sayang din ang 5k eh haha
2) also, do they ask for the family's medical background/history etc...
3) Regarding the national IDs, I only have a voter's ID aside from a passport.
Is NBI clerance and SSS form considered? Sabi kasi sa IOM need 2 national IDs.

TIA sa mga sasagot :)

Hello guys,

Sorry, most posts here are spousal and have Upfront Medical Exams.
I didnt do Upront because we are not sure if our application will be approved.

My sponsor got an email saying she's approved to sponsor and that my Application has been forwarded to Manila Visa Office.

sa bottom part ng attachment dun sa email, it says:

Requirement for Medical Examination

If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an original
Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Upfront
Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination
and, once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy
of this letter. Your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative
must forward the medical information directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his/her
application.
Failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative's application.

IOM and St. Lukes forwards the medical directly to the Embassy is that correct?

1) Will they forward my Medical directly to Manila Embassy?
If yes, should I just print that email we got to be attached on my medical so they are aware that our application has been forwarded here already?

2) or Are we allowed to directly forward our medical ourselves as stated on the email?

Sorry totally confused here.

TIA sa mga sasagot =)

Sa mga Manila VO please help...

Hi! They will be the one to forward the results. Just do your medical. No need to do anything. Once you do the medical, you'll automatically have a record with the embassy. No need to submit the form in the embassy.

Anyone here experience submitted an outdated form? For example, IMM0008 I downloaded the Feb 2015 version, then CIC updated the form to APril 2015. But you submitted your application June 2015. I checked the difference between the forms, wala naman sya pinagkaiba sa mga hiningi na info they just added some disclosures sa last page. Ano po magiging possible problem if ganito po nangyari?

TIA

hi sis! :) base sa experience ko sa medical (st. luke's-bgc though)
1) wish ko din yan nung nagpamedical last year. haha! unfortunately di pwede
2) may item sa questionnaire regarding family's med history re: cancer (as far as i remember)
3) NBI clearance is considered. not sure about the sss form

within metro manila ka lang ba sis? st.luke's bgc is accepting walk-ins.
