Questions guys..
On the sponsored spouse questionnaire: "have you and your sponsor lived together?"

Before he migrated to Canada, we never lived together. We lived together just after our wedding which is only a week then he return to Canada again. I answered the question "NO". I thought the question is referring to if you lived together for a long period already. Anyone here have the same case like ours? And also answered it "NO"?

Im just worried I didn't answer it Yes even we lived together for a week.

Hi, we had the same answer ms. Cam.. Don't worry if yun ung case natin d naman makakaaffect since 1wk lng naman talaga nagstay mga asawa natin... Makikita naman po yun sa mga proof na sinama niyo..

In my case they asked for the National Statistics Office marriage certificate,
we did not presented it...we presented CENOMAR...
Also they asked for a new copy of the Appendix A, and my wife had to send a new one....
those are the most common documents that Manila will require...
Every case is different and they may request specific documents,
like updated police certificates if the spouse has lived in more than one country....

Appendix A? Checklist yeah?

why they asked a new copy of it? is there an updated checklist for Philippines?

..latest orig nbi, orig copy cenomar(advisory marriage), orig copy birth cert, orig copy marriage cert, assorted pictures again, police certificate from country you've been at least 6 months or more, 6 to 9 pcs passport pictures see appendix b & appendix a. those are the ff. additional documents CEM requested to me previously.

why did they asked you those? didn't you sent original copy before? ..
is NBI clearance need to have a purpose as CANADA visa?
im wondering for i sent NBI clearance but the purpose is travel abroad ,
aside from that, I sent all original copy from the mention docs

Hi, when I took my nbi, they asked me if for Canada because the nbi for canada is different, my nbi have specific for abroad and " visa Canada"..thanks

sakin travel abroad ang NBI ko pero hindi naman nila ako hiningan ng new NBI until now..kahit AOM hindi nila ako hiningan... lagi nga ako check ng email baka hingan nila ako....

...Cem requested it as an additional documents. For another background check, maybe ;D
Coz' I'm quite an alien, lol (not pure fil, more asian)
...Yes, I submitted original docs before.
...My Nbi got expired that's why they asked again.
...1st nbi I forwarded before is travel abroad, 2nd one is immigration requirements.
Cem never told me which Nbi purpose i need, it happens that I
get my nbi in different point of views hehe.
...Again it depends to our VO's if they need additional documents from us.

sakin travel abroad ang NBI ko pero hindi naman nila ako hiningan ng new NBI until now..kahit AOM hindi nila ako hiningan... lagi nga ako check ng email baka hingan nila ako....

Ganun, OK na cguro yon, same man lang for abroad but sa akin yon ang nbi ko and until now still waiting for DM and I really don't know what is he category of why my documents super delayed....others already have their visa in too earlier than my application..sometimes I like paranoid for waiting for the updates but I try to be happy while waiting even though I'm not..huh! God knows only and the visa officer if when kaya niya IPA release...Lord I left up all to you! Help me my visa..hopefully next week...feeling hopeful lang..
