I'd say fill it up electronically kasi there are questions na pagpipilian mo lang ang sagot, so iki-click mo lang.. Then, l advise you to print them out and re-read them to see kung may kulang o mistakes sa sagot n'yo.. Once finalized, print them out again and sign.. =)

How about po ung mga questions na ndi naman po applicable saken like meron po dun ung sa CSQ date eh wla pa naman po ako nun. pwede ko ba un lagyan ng NA? eh date po ung hinihingi dun

After ng SA, inassume ko na yun na din yun date ng transfer pero sa GCMS notes ko nakita yun exact date ng transfer.

Same here! me and my hubby cannot check our e-cas it's been almost 2 weeks already..my hubby spoke with the MP and ask them if they could check our apps since we can't even check our e-cas, and they assured that they will look for our apps.

Lynnie, use ur file# using ur own infos.to access ur ecas, if d uci# is still not working on ur end. But mine is back now. I guess they're just doing some maintenance thing there.

Lynnie, use ur file# using ur own infos.to access ur ecas, if d uci# is still not working on ur end. But mine is back now. I guess they're just doing some maintenance thing there.

Hi etaylor, I don't have my own UCI # yet kasi di pa ako nag PPR kaya me and my hubby is still using his UCI # as of now....but even my hubby can't get access with e-cas using his own info.
If it's still under maintenance it's ok...if they could have just at least inform us all applicants about their website maintenance then we were not left wondering what's going on....

Oh i see sis! buti ka pa.. ako eto kala ko release na ng marriage cert namen today pag tawag ng mother ko sa july 17 pa daw eh.. haay ndi tuloy ako makakuha ng passport.. kelangan pa ba mga records ng school or para sa anak mo yung mga kinuha mong records sa skul?

Yes sis need ko ng records sa school kc late registered ako.. Tpos knina nagpa urine test ako dito smin my UTi ako gagamutin ko muna before magpunta sa saint lukes pra sa mismong medical

Late registered kc ako eh nkalagay dun sa checklist pag late registered need nila ng baptismal cert, school records,voter's id, tsaka yung birth cert galing sa lcr.. Hindi pa. Ko ppr sis mag susubmit palng kame hopefully ngayung last week ng july.

Wala kang dadalhing form kasi dun ka na ffill out ng form. Basta family class wala dala form. Tas requirements lang dala mo ganun.

Hello po. Patulong naman po, sa mga married po dito sa Canadian National, ano po nilagay nyo na middle name ng asawa nyo sa Marriage Certificate? Nung nagapply po kasi kami for marriage license, I was told na ang ilagay daw po namin pareho eh yung maiden surname ng mother namin. So pati yung asawa ko, kahit aware kami na hindi naman uso sa kanila yun, nilagay nya maiden name ng mother nya. Magkakaproblema po ba kami sa application namin?

hello, in my case, Hindi na namin nilagay yung mother's maiden name as middle name niya kasi wala naman daw siyang any document na nagsasabing middle name niya yun and besides, hindi uso sa kanila yun. so far, wala namang naging problem (thank God)...tinanggap sa lcr and nso...
