yes, she can still use her surname thats fine as long as you attach NSO marriage contract and Advisory of Marriage, but as soon as she land make sure you ask immigration officer if she can change her surname in her PR Card before they send it to you anyways day ask for it so you don't have to change it in the future. coz the fee is around $150 for status change PR card. btw, when is the passport expiration?md3 said:
