Hello I hate to say this... but the truth....and pull your head out of your A!!!! the CEM is so corrupt....the officers are getting paid off from the DR. because now the medicals will expire....from 9 months to 12... and the people that give you a visa in the CEM are not even Canadian....Have you noticed on the spread sheet not one PPR since feb 5/13....I,m a born and raised Canadian and was married in Quezon City May 7 2012 and paid everything in advance...I,m looking at my wife getting here alot later than when she got her medicals so start all over again....but your right now moved to 12 months you can,t even go to the embassy and ask... still in process time.....next will be 15 months... everything will expire.....and want more money.... after waiting 4 months for our NSO in Manila.... the Canadian Gov,t takes longer.... it will take 2 years to get to Canada... my wife is 51 and i,m 53 .... we have lost 3 family members while waiting..never met my beautiful wife... oh and don,t call imm they no nothing.....I was approved oct 16/12 only 114 days but after everything we have decided to give up... after 2 years together.... and f!!! the mp.s they get paid off to....so do what you want... after over 45.000 dolars spent ... what the f!!!!... or just sit and wait.... PS speak english on this site... your going to Canada!!!!!

i understand your situation...and i do understand that u need to express ur own opinion regarding CEM. even if we want to go there and ask for what is happening? we cant, coz they have thier own rules and i think its written by immigration laws coz even the MPs cant do nothing if its in your processing time. a piece of advise bro. don't think to much of your application it can result to heart attack. paanu na si luvs mo <3

I feel you man. But the TRUTH is every government institutions here in the philippines is like that so im not surprised if CEM will also be influenced or affected by it thats the FACT and it'll always be! We just have to accept it coz we are here in the PHILIPPINES all we can do is to wait, wait and wait. I know it sounds frustrating but what can we do we dont hold their minds in making decisions about our applications.

PS: WE CAN SPEAK WHATEVER LANGUAGE WE WANT WHENEVER WE WANT COZ ITS OUR THREAD FOR MANILA, PHILIPPINES though we can also speak english whenever someone asks a question in english but that doesnt mean we cant speak in our native language ryt? *no offense* IF YOU WANT A PURE ENGLISH SPEAKING THREAD GO MAKE YOUR OWN.

Very well said polgas,tama ka dyan di sya dapat naguutos sa atin na mag english at maging canadian pilipino pa din tayo,and we understand naman kung ano mga sinasabi nya.Yung asawa ko nga na puti nagpapaturo ng tagalog.Di lahat sa atin dito fluent magenglish katulad ko, di kasi ako sanay at di naman ako nakatapos ng pagaaral, so dapat di nila inuutusan na magingles dito sa forum.Noon ko pa gusto sagutin yung mga nagpopost dito na sabihan ka ba na magenglish, nakakainis na, bat di nya itranslate sa internet.Nagpapaliwanag lang po.

Yaan mo na baka naging desperado na. Anyway ako nga simula nung nag submit kami nung Jan.27 di ko na masyadong iniisip ung application namin eh come what may nalang although minsan di mo maiwasan lalo na pag namimiss ko si misis pero sabi ko nga sa kanya wag na natin masyadong isipin muna yan mas importante ngayon yung upcoming baby namin this coming MAY mas excited ako sa baby ko kesa sa papel na yan! Tsaka pwede naman silang umuwi anytime basta kung may awa ang diyos may pamasahe lang.. :

nakakasama talaga ng loob mag-antay pero buti na lang mahaba ang pasensya ng asawa ko at sya din nagbibigay ng lakas loob kapag na nakakafrustrate na. salamat din ng marami sa skype at modern technology! plus pag may mga karamay dito sa forum, nakakagaan ng loob.

ngayon, gumagawa ako ng paraan para maging sobrang busy para diko maramdaman ang paglipas ng oras. as in!

hello kabayans in waiting! gusto ko lang i-congratulate yung may mga magagandang developments sa buhay nila, whether application-related or not. congrats kay Polgas and sa mga magkakaroon ng new addition to the family for the baby on the way!

sa mga nasa may pinagdadaanan, konting tyaga, let's do our best at malalampasan din yan.

sa mga nag-aantay pa lang ng SA at sa mga hoping for PPR kagaya ko, make the most of our time muna.

sa mga nakapagpadala na ng passport for PPR at nag-aantay na lang ng visa, congrats dahil malapit na kayo sa finish line!

Hayaan na po natin carried away lang siguro siya kasi desperado na sa application nila. Eh kahit naman araw araw tayong mag ngangangawa dito kung ayaw tlaga nila tayong i approve agad wala tayong mgagawa tsaka di lang naman applicationsi ng philippines ang inaasikaso nila eh kundi ung ibang country pa na under ng jurisdiction nila. Wait lang po tayo and everything will fall into place. Nandiyan si LORD di niya tayo lahat pababayaan.

Salamat vani! Hmm di naman po siguro kailangang very fluent or correct na correct yung grammar ang importante yung mga answers eh naayon dun sa mga tanong tsaka wag masyadong malayo ung sagot ako nga ginawa ko short answers pero direct to the point. *hopefully ma please ko ung VO* ;D

Just want to share something and will seek for your advice...andito ako ulit sa forum after almost a year i think...since ang timeline ko is last July of 2011 pa...ang case ko for some who may not know is...

July 3rd week 2011 .... approval of Mississagua
August 2nd week 2011 .... submitted my Passport and additional documents with Appendix A
April 2012 .... asked for CAIPS result
June 2012 .... received letter saying that I did not meet the requirements for spouse visa
July 2012 .... submitted 18 Affidavits as a proof that I and my husband did not fall into common law
partner/conjugal (with an Atty in Winnipeg Canada)
October 2012 .... seek for help from an MP to have a detailed result since asking from our Atty cost too
much
January 2013 ... did ask help again from MP
February 8, 2012 .... received an email from CEM scheduled for an interview on March 20, 2013

.....hi sis emern, sa iyo ba nung time na ininterview ka, what are those questions they have asked you? i just want to prepare myself since i consider this as a big challenge dahil gusto ko everything will go smoothly and gusto ko ng magka visa...hirap na hirap na kami ng husband ko, and we all know ang hirap ng malayo sa asawa lalo na at wala pa kaming anak at the same time we are both getting older...

....kayo mgs sis and brothers who undergo an interview ano ung mga questions sa inyo para magka idea lang din ako...

Hi Sis I was called for an interview last Jan 8. I feel you.What I did was first I gathered all additional proofs ofour relationship lahat lahat na isang malaking laptop bag dala ko.Second,I printed out the possible questions shared here and I studied almost everynight.And last but the most important one is prayers.I gave credits too to some people here sa forum yung mga nakaexprience ng interview din.Tama sila sobrang bait ng mga tao don esp yong visa officer ko.Nong andon na ako waiting for my name to be called kasi dalawa lang kami scheduled for interview sa araw na yon nauna ako, I realized there's nothing to worry about.May mga numbered cubicles don and u will be called at nag.aantay na sayo ang VO mo.In my case she asked my personal info like name,birthdate and birth place.Tapos name ng husband ko birthdate and birth place.And she asked our love story, how it started.You don't hae to feel nervous if u are not hiding anything naman.And then she asked me about sa job ng husband ko don.Saka when kami last nagkita.And oh she asked me if we had disagreements and how we handled it.Basta sis umabot ng 30 or 45minutes ba yon.Di na nga nya naicheck lahat ng docs ko sa sobrang dami.And her last msge was, "I called you for an interiew to see how close you guys are to each other.Based on your answers, I'm satisfiedand for that you approved.However I can't stamped your visaright away coz u need to redo your medical first and renew your passport coz it's less than 6 months now.I will send the instructions for your medical as soon as possbile I will email it right to your account coz the postal here is not working (she's laughed).Everything will be ok in a couple of months.So thank you for coming and hae a good day (with a bigsmileon her face)"..Sobrang saya ko paglabas ng cubicle,dami kong kinain during lunch time. hehe! She sent me the advice for the medicals 2 days aftermy interviewandIn-process na statusko.So sis don't worry everything is good, it's a big chance for you and it's a blessing that you have to be grateful now.Remember that we will get what we deserve in His time.
