Hello Guys,

My friend needs advise. please help.

He is married and has LMIA. They both live in canada. He also applied for ECA.

Do his wife also required to apply ECA or only my friends ECA is enough??? He is eligible for FSW.

Thanks

Spouse's qualification and experience gives some point to the principal applicant; If your friend thinks that he is already high on the points score than it is not necessary to perform ECA for spouse qualification :)

If he is claiming points for the wife's education - yes.

otherwise - no.

but when you say "was" married ??? :o :o

my bad.... not 'was'... he is married.
he has 1000+ score. I think he is ok and need not go with Spouse ECA.
