Hi,

I am planning for FSWP where i am a Primary applicant and my wife is a dependent who is a housewife. I am collecting documents for my wife who has done BA honours from India for which i will be getting 5 points.

I have below documents only but not all in-between years marksheets.

1) Highschool Marksheet (available)
2) Highschool Transcript (available)
3) Intermediate (not available)
3) BA 1st Year (not available)
4) BA 2nd Year (not available)
5) BA 3rd Year (available)

Please suggest do I need all documents or just the final year copy will work?

Thanks
Amit

For spouse education you will not get 5 points

It has changed to spouse IElTS test.

Hi,

You mean degree or education will not matter for spouse, only IELTS is required for her even if she is not applying as principal applicant and dont have any kind of professional experience?

Yes, they have changed the criteria......Spouse education is no more for claiming points, when he/she is not primary applicant.

IELTS needs to be given with minimum band of 4 ( not 4 in each session) for which you can claim 5 points

Sorry to ask you again, i generally refer CIC website and i cannot find IELTS is required for spouse and they are still taking the spouse education for points. As i dont have all spouse documents with me and need to arrange if required.
It would be helpful if you can share the link where it is mention so that i wont be spending time in collecting the documents rathet that concentrating on her IELTS exam.

Thanks
Amit
