I have few queries regarding spouse documents. I would be grateful if you can please answer them.
I am planning to marry in December this year and will be submitting my profile in January. My calculated CRS score will be 475 after marriage. My questions are as follow:
1. Does marriage certificate is sufficient to prove legal status of marriage?
2. Do I need to change her Surname on passport after marriage or no change will be fine since she does not want to change her surname.
3. Is it mandatory to change marital status on passport or a marriage certificate is sufficient ? Since changing name on passport will take more time.
