spouse dependent work permit visa

Hi,
I am currently working in India and my husband is a doctor and has applied for work permit visa in Canada for his fellowship. He is going in August 2019 and I am currently 5 months expecting and will be travelling to Canada along with my baby in December 2019.
I have a few queries and it would be great if anyone helps.
1) I need to apply for Spouse dependent work permit visa. what all documents are required for it? Will i have to resign from my current organization to apply for visa?
2) If I apply now for visa along with my husband can my visa get rejected as its not allowed to travel in 8th and 9th month of pregnancy?

Are you aware that your husband will have difficulty working in Canada as a physician after his post grad?
1. Does you husband have a work permit yet and his post grad confirmed?
