Spouse Dependent visa

Hi Sir,

I would like to inform you that I am on a Canada PR and passed 6 months here.

I wanted to know if i can directly apply for my spouse family sponsorship visa which is going to be a PR after a year.

OR

Do I have to apply for the Open work permit for my spouse and then later on PR? How long can she stay with me here in Canada?

OR

Do I have to call her on temporary visit visa first and stay there for a long period? How long can she stay with me if i can call her on temporary visit visa?

I am confused which visa to apply for her. She is in India and I am in Canada on a PR. Can anyone help me with it so that I can proceed further?

apply to sponsor your spouse....outland sponsorship (OWP option is not avaliable)

if your spouse could get a visitor visa to Canada, you could apply for inland sponsorship with OWP while your spouse is inside Canada.

inland or outland sponsorship takes 12 months to complete processing.
