spouse dependent open work permit from outside canada(India)

Hi all
can you please tell me what are the procedures to apply for open work permit from India and what all the documents that i have to submit to embassy.

and which are the document i have to notarized by a notary.

here's documents required for open work permit, all documents should be copies

- your work offer.
- your last 3 months payslips.
- your work permit.
- your taxes in canada.
- your passport + visa.
- bank account (last 3 months).
