Spouse/Common-Law Partner: UPDATED PAKISTAN

Dear friends,

I applied for Canadian immigration under the rubric of skilled category and also i have submitted my medical exam as requested by Canadian embassy london. I recently got married in Pakistan ( my wife is in Pakistan). I have been asked to submit following docs for her:

Spouse/Common-Law Partner: UPDATED PAKISTAN
Documents for your new spouse:
New Schedule 1/Background Declaration form and New Additional Family Information form IMM5406
2 passport photos
Long form birth certificate and marriage certificate
Copy of passport biopage

can some one please explain what is meant by ""Spouse/Common-Law Partner: UPDATED PAKISTAN"
