Spouse coming as Dependent will have the same 5year ban of spouse sponsorship?

My question is if my common-law partner is coming as dependent thru express entry along with me as Primary Applicant then will the 5 year ban to sponsor the spouse (in case of change of mind to marry someone else)will it be applicable for him/her or it is applicable only for sponsored spouse. Please answer this

As you are applying through EE, neither of you are sponsored and neither of you are subject to the ban.

Note that including your partner in your PR app when you plan to end the relationship is immigration fraud.

There is no sponsorship ban after application for PR under an economic immigration class. The 5 years sponsorship ban is only applicable to those who have gained PR via family class sponsorship.
