My name is Ravi and I am student in Canada currently studying in second semester I just wanted to know when I got my Canada study visa I was single after that I got married between 3 to four days I mean I got married before landing in Canada. We have marriage certificate under marriage act. Can I sponsor my spouse as a tourist? Will it effect my Permanent residency if i sponsor my wife?. my spouse is living in India and we have no child as yet. i searched enough online and they say your PR will revoke at the end because you didn't put your spouse file etc. that is why i am so worried as you can understand, i do not have my spouse name on the passport and she too. Just let me know what are proofs required? What should i do please help me.
