Spouse and myself - Proof of Funds limitation..

Hello,

As per the CIC, if 2 family members are there you need to show CAD $15,143. But nowhere it says minimum or maximum, but the basic assumption is minimum.

My question is - if I show $16,000 or if I show $32,000 - will this make any difference in my CRS score or to get PR or ITA?

Also, what if I show 32,000 but after ITA, I am able to give proof of 20,000 only, will they reject the application or will it be approved as it is still above $15,143??

You need to meet the low income cutoff for the family size. For two that is $15,143. As long as you have more than that,whatever the amount, at submission, you're fine.
