I am Bhaarat and became the PR on April 30th 2015. My spouse and my kids were also given the visa, however they were not able to land in Canada because of my son's health issue. He is a epileptic and the doctors advised @own risk for the movement from India to Canada. So only i did the landing. I intend to land in Canada this year. Please advise me what will be the shortest procedure to apply to their visa and it will take how much time to get their visas processed.
Can visa be applied from India or do need to be in Canada for applying for their visa. Your suggestions on the same will be highly appreciated.
