Hi... even I am also looking information regarding the same. As I understand even though one can process the student and dependent visa at the same time, it is recommended to process student visa first and after the student starts studying in Canada she can get the required letters from college/university and apply for their dependents visa. You can search in this forum for similar discussions.

May I know for which course and college you have applied? and you are from?

You can apply for SOWP for your spouse and TRV for children with you application for a study permit or after you have received your study permit. Family members are not guaranteed SOWP for spouse and TRV for children. You can apply now if you have your study permit already.
