Spouse Address Change

Hello every one, I submitted the sponsorship application at Nov 2018 and my spouse was in Oman that time, she did the medical exam and the bio-metrics, I received a letter recently that the application has been transferred to London UK, my spouse now moved permanently to Turkey but she still has access to Oman. Should I notify the Immigration about her address change? I know that might delay the process. Any body has faced this situation?

Yes, she needs to update IRCC with her new address.
