Spouse Add or Not Add into PR application

Hi All,

I have query regarding my IRCC profile :- Please provide your suggestion.
Points:-
1- I am having Canada working exp. 2+ Years and my Spouse is with me at Visitor Visa.
2- My spouse planning want to go back to india as soon possible for long terms (2-3 Years) due to small kid(Canadian Citizen). She is not interested now about PR process.

Queries :-
1-
I am planning to apply PR under CEC , but i didn't added my spouse into my IRCC profile. My queries

a) :- IS my application may got reject?
b) :- If not what may agent can raise concern about my single application?


Please provide your suggest .

a) Unsure on this, but not adding your spouse is unlikely to be the only reason
b) They might ask evidence of your intent to settle in Canada

You must include all your family members even if they are not coming to Canada with you. This includes:

spouse or partner
dependent children
dependent children of dependent children (grandchildren)
Also, for you to become a permanent resident, all your family members must pass a medical exam and background checks even if they are not coming to Canada with you.

If you don’t include all of them:

you could be refused entry into Canada, and
you may not be able to sponsor the family members you didn’t include in your application to come to Canada at a later date.
