Hi,

so, I received an ITA this month. At this point, the status related to spouse was married, but not accompanying as his ECA wasn't completed yet. We checked the CRS calculator to see if updating the application to Spouse Accompanying would dip the score; it's not since my spouse's ECA and IELTS and Work Exp is all done and sorted.

What we do not know is, when we update the application now to say spouse is accompanying, will a fresh ITA with my spouse's name be issued? If yes, how long will it take? If no, what is the next step? Basically, to get medicals done for my spouse, we need his name also to be part of the ITA letter; else the authorized hospitals don't conduct your medical review.

Any help will be appreciated here.

Thanks
