Spousal Work Permit

My wife is living in Jamaica and I am living in Canada. Is it possible to get a open work permit for my wife? I am a permanent resident of Canada.

I know I could apply for a open work permit if I was submitting my wife PR application from within Canada. Therefore I was wondering if I could submit a open work application as well for my wife if I am submitting her PR application from outside of Canada.

You can submit OWP application with Inland Sponsorship Application.
