Hello everyone,

I am a PR holder and recently got married in India. I am in the process of applying an outland visa for my wife. If the visa gets approved and if she gets her COPR, how soon can she come to Canada or is there any deadline or time frame for coming to Canada?

She can come to Canada as soon as she has her visa and COPR. Deadline is generally a year from the date of the medical or passport expiry, whichever is first.
