Spousal Visa Medical Examination Requirements for UK Citizen

Hi all

I am a UK citizen, would it be possible for me to have the medical done within Canada with an approved doctor? Or do I have to have the examination done within the UK? I will be applying via the outland process, ie. sending my application to the UK.
