DID anyone receive a messagelike this "We sent xxx xxxxx a letter on March 1, 2020. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us." what does this mean ?

What was the last email u recieved before getting this?
maybe yo acknowledgment of receipt was sent

• Then Got an email after 3days that the file has been transferred to XXX Visa office

Which country is this for? They transferred the application really quick

I got that too then my husband had to go get another police certification

they asked for my husbands police certification and finger prints

I don't know they sended it like that.Like yours it showed on online tool and then I told my lawyer why it says that.and she said your husband just did it.It was for police certification and finger prints so his expired because its only valid for 1 year.but usually they wany a document when it shows that

And how long did it took for you to receive that letter ?

It took a couple weeks then after the police certification it got send to amman visa office so maybe they need something from u from they send to visa office.whats ur time line and where is your spouse?when did u apply

they didn't send my file till I send them police certification and biometrics and then it got sent to visa office for final

I applied in October and my file got transferred to NDVO this month

ok so for sure the visa office needs a document.

Its so lame of CIC to not to send an email .

yes it is.My officer was so lazy I sent mine in june and it got transferred dec 3 2019.they dont care,

honestly I don't know because my lawyer deals with everything but I logged online tool and put my application number and it showed we sent u something
