I am working in Canada in work permit from Oct 2018. My wife is with me and she has open work permit, But my problem is I am 35 now and If I apply for PR under CEC and select option as " Spouse not accompanying to canada" I will get score around 460+ easily.
Is there any possibility to apply for PR when my wife already staying in canada. If I apply for PR and get invite also how long she can stay here in canada. Also after get PR i will do spousal sponsorship for her. What will be the time duration to get her back to canada.
