I have receive confirmation from the postal service that my application was delivered in NS on oct 15 2019 still haven’t receive the AOR yet? It’s been 32, has anybody receive they AOR yet that summit they application during that time?

AOR takes 4-8 weeks to receive, you are still extremely early in the process.
