Hello I have a question in regards to spousal sponsorship. I'm currently sponsoring him and want to withdraw the application due to the fact I've found out he's been cheating numerous times he's become verbally abusive and also recently found out he's engaged to another woman in his country and they never broke up. I have great proof that he's just using me for PR. Will he get deported if I explain all this to immigration? If i cancel the application?

Whether or not he gets deported is up to them, but you can certainly withdraw your application and provide them with whatever information you'd like.
No problem, and I'm sorry you have to go through something like that, for what it's worth.
Yeah its very stressful especially after having put so much work and effort into the process. The betrayal is so hurtful. But glad I figured it all out before he got approved for PR. One less POS in Canada

Uuugh I hate men like this! Thank God you found out. The application hasn't been approved yet right?
