Hey, I was a student with f1 visa and currently I am on b1/b2 tourist visa. My spouse is a permanent resident in Canada. We recently git married after dating for 4 years in USA. I need to know if she can apply for a spousal sponsorship while I am in USA with the b1/b2 tourist visa which is valid till July 2018. Or do I need to travel back to my country to submit the sponsorship application.
