hello everyone !!
My husband has applied for PR in the express entry. He has reached step 3 in the process and has been asked to submit medical and the pcc certificates. I wanted to ask how much approximate time will it take for the next step and also, can he apply for my sponsorship at this stage? if, not then when would it be feasible for him to apply for my sponsorship? and, how much time it would take for my visa to come? at present i am living in India and my husband is doing job in Abu Dhabi. He applied the same from Abu Dhabi only.

He needs to include you in his Express Entry application - you must go through the medicals as part of his application. If for some reason he has not listed you in his EE application and has applied as single, he needs to fix this immediately. If he doesn't, he will never be able to sponsor you for PR and will also be committing misrepresentation which could result in his own PR stats being revoked.

you must have been included in his application.all of the members of your family..didnt he include you??????

He has to let CIC know that he got married. You will then be added to the application. He must do this - if he continues, and lands as single, he will never be able to sponsor you.

hi, in AOR there's note there that the applicant must notify CIC for any changes in personal info like address, marital status etc.
