Spousal Sponsorship

Hi! Just sent application to sponsor my spouse living in Cuba. I found out by tracking, my package was delivered to Mississauga case processing center on June 3rd 2013. The Medical report of spouse was not sent with the application as there is no panel physicians are available in Havana,Cuba at the moment.
Guys out there! Please explain what is next. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.... next is... wait!
You're now in "stage 1" - CIC may, or may not, send you in a few weeks an email to tell you that they have received your application. If yes, it's called AOR - Acknowledgement of Receipt.
If you don't get it, then you have to wait until you get the sponsor approval - it can come by email or letter to the sponsor. Once you have the sponsor approval, your file is sent to your Visa Office, and then - you wait again.

If you get an AOR, or with the sponsor approval, you will be given a file number that allows you to check online - but don't too excited as there is usually nothing to check, and not much info there anyway.

I have a quick question.

My husband is Pakistani but is residing in Ireland for the past 6 years as a student.

I live in Canada and have applied for a spousal visa.

We received a letter on January 24, 2013 that the file has been sent to the London office.

On May 17, 2013 they requested a police certificate from Pakistan. We sent it to them on June 03, 2013.

How long will it take after this? On the letter it said upto 4 months.

Hi My spouse can not get thru to make a medical appointment should I send the paperwork without the medical exam included?
