I need help!!
I applied application for my husband who is in Pakistan. I included name for his child who is in custody of former spouse. We wrote his name in additional family information but not on the main application form.than Vic asked us to re fill the main application form with child information . Till that time application was still in Canada. We wrote them he is in custody of his mother we also sent signed form still they asked for his medical . But they send us the medical request. Shortly they send application to visa office London stating that I am eligible to sponsor my husband. When I hired a lawyer in toronto. He again made a statuary document stating the situation and that my husband will not sponsor his child in future. It was sent in December 2016. They got an email that in Jan 2017visa offc received the documents now they will review. It's been 8 months now we have not reviewed any update.
